What we collect

Your first name, work email, company, role, company stage, your answers and scores, and whether you agreed to follow-up.

Why, and our legal basis

To show you your results (your consent). If you ticked the follow-up box, to email you about your results (your consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who hosts it

Your data is stored securely with our hosting providers, Lovable Cloud and Supabase. We don't sell or share your details with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your answers for 12 months, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing hello@icaco.uk.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, email hello@icaco.uk with 'Data complaint' in the subject. We'll acknowledge within 30 days. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
